What is Blues Music?

    The Blues can be played in many styles. Even with all of these Blueshounds debate whether a song is Blues or not.

    For me, I can't define it but if I hear Blues it is a Blues song.

    What qualifies a song as Blues for you?

    I'm a bit of a blues traditionalist. No, I'm not a member of the "blues police." But I do believe that for a song to be classified as "Blues", it needs to follow the 1-4-5 chord progression.
